Dr. Sarah Howlett

Hi there! My name is Sarah Howlett, and I have been a Massage Therapist since 2004, a Reiki Master since 2009, and a Doctor of Acupuncture since 2025. Helping people feel their best is what I love to do! When I'm not working, you can find me at the gym, walking/hiking, and spending time with my Husband and Daughter. Over the years, I have had lots of exposure to different sports and have a particular passion for working with athletes (competitive or not) because injury prevention, treatment, and education are so critical to continue training what you love. Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of working with many different types of athletes, such as track and field athletes, soccer players, skiers, boxers, volleyball players, tennis players, martial artists, strongman athletes, powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, highland games athletes, and more. All of these sports bring their unique idiosyncrasies and patterns of disharmony. What I've found, in working with so many different types of athletes, is that they have a desire to learn about their bodies as they are getting treated, which makes it very fun to teach as I go. I also deeply appreciate that most athletes arrive with an established understanding that, not only am I helping their progress, but that they carry the largest amount of responsibility for their recovery and growth once we start working together. If you, or someone you know, is an athlete who would like to work with someone who understands their goals, sacrifices, and injuries, you've come to the right place! Let's get to work!
